The apartment is conveniently situated in the harbour area, with a tea-room and creperie a couple minutes walk away. It is an eight minute walk to the town centre with a small Co-op store, a lovely bakery, takeaways, bars and restaurants. There is even a train station and Brompton Bike hire.

The DiscoverCarmarthenshire.com website is a great source of information for things to do and places to go. There are ideas for walks, and a very useful dog friendly page, if you are bringing your furry friend.
There is direct access to the coastal path from The Lookout, to enjoy the Millenium Coastal Park. And Pembrey Country Park is either a short drive or cycle ride away from The Lookout, and has activities for the whole family, as well as woodland and the eight mile long Blue Flag beach, Cefn Sidan.
